Hyper Tough Orbit Sander Review

this sander seems like it’s solid, after using it for a couple of projects it seems to work fine. My guess is it’s the same sander as a Black and Decker.

Bought one of these today 18.73. I like it! quiet and sands pretty good. Bought it to DA a truck hood. My air compressor is 30 gallon, but seems to run out of steam fast with a air DA. That’s reason I picked up this electric one, and pretty amazed with it so far. I bought some walmart 80 grit and 220 grit gator papers 3.68 a bundle.

I really wish I could get a buffing pad and buff the car with it, I know porter cable makes a hoop pad for one. But I am afraid the rpms would burn the clearcoat.

Great review/demo. Do you know whether Walmart sale the additional sanding pads for this sander? Those Gator pads did you also purchase them from walmart? Have you used this sander on wood since you posted this video? If so what was the result? Thanks for sharing.

I was thinking about getting this sander let me know if it captures the dust in the bag whenever you start sanding. I’m skeptical about getting it I was looking at the skil 5 inch random orbit sander with pressure control and micro filtration

HYPERTOUGH CAN’T BE BLACK & DECKER. STANLEY TOOL BOUGHT BLACK & DECKER A FEW YEARS BACK. STANLEY IS MADE IN USA (SANFORD, NC). YOU’RE INCOMPETENT AT FACT CHECKING
