Harbor Freight Portland 1750 PSI Pressure Washer Review 63254

The Pacific Hydrostar one was out of stock and being discontinued, so I bought this one with a 25% off coupon. Price is worth it for the 7′ longer pressure hose.

In the video I unbox and assemble it, and do some test cleaning on mossy stuff, wood, etc. So far I like it, but I do feel it needs an in between setting on the nozzle from pencil beam to low pressure spray. I definitely will find myself washing the travel trailer more often!

HIT:
– Price
– Compact
– Light weight
– Lots of power
– Soap Dispenser
– Fun

MISS:
– Only two settings on the spray, be nice to have an in between one ** NOTE ** If I adjust it as its spraying it will stay in other positions, I will do a follow up video soon.

could it take off rust of a iron fence?? or does it need more psi

dphotos says:

Seems worth it. I need it for light home duty stuff. Bought pole saw from them and it leaked oil all over the place. Harbor Fright is a hit and miss kind of store. It you need a certain tool for a one time job it’s great but if you are a pro I would not buy their tools. Wonder if the Home Depot brand is better but I am sure it will cost more.

Scott Sansom says:

mine will adjust to any point between wide or most narrow setting.

Stem to Stern says:

LOL At least yours lasted longer than mine did. JUNK! after 10 mins of use.

key taber says:

Worked great for 20 mins.. Now barely any pressure..? Any thoughts?

mygiguser says:

Have you used it more? Does it still work? The handle looks a little flimsy.

justin evans says:

Thought I’d throw this out and hope for the best. Any chance anyone with this PW knows what fittings I need to adapt a standard snow foam cannon to it? It has what appears to have a proprietary fitting for this model, non-standard, hoping there’s a relatively easy way to adapt to the normal fittings for what is offered. I appreciate any info offered

Dan DiFonzo says:

Did you find the soap dispenser was like a foam cannon? Did it dispense the soap in a thick foam? Nice review.

Deno says:

I have the previous version. It works good for washing cars and light cleaning. My only gripe is the hose length. Wish I could have that 20ft one.

Benjamin smith says:

pencil stream is probably good for hydro digging

Backwoods Rated says:

does yours smell like burnt plastic when running?

justin evans says:

Exactly what I needed to see to decide to make the purchase! Im glad others posted that the spray nozzle can be adjusted more than just the 2 settings. that would have been a deal breaker for me. Thanx for the great vid!

Burt Reynolds says:

The blue one sucks beyond belief. Didn’t last 10 min.

All About Boxing says:

Nice clear video and good review, thanks man.

Natasha says:

I’m thinking about buying one tomorrow to wash deck before staining it. Do you think it would be good for that?
