This is my current drill and for the price I am satisfied. I have spent far too much money on name brand cordless tools and the shit batteries that come with them. Ryobi from here on out. Cheap batteries. My boss has this old ass Craftsmen 24v kit that is bright red and I was running 5/8 6″ lag bolts to hang an ac stand and that drill damn near broke my wrist. That is the most powerful cordless drill I have ever used. The batteries stay charged forever! I am happy with my Ryobi though. Ten years ago I wouldn’t be caught dead using Ryobi on the jobsite. Ryobi is legit now.
Let’s hear some Bosston
Home Depot has this for $119 now. Not a sales just new lower price
I got all their brushless line got the brushless drill impact driver recip saw circular saw and angle grinder ryobi has changed now and I love the battery platform have a lot of ryobi stuff too
this drill is a beast
Ryobi has come along way from it’s crappy blue tools! I’ll take that brushless combo over the Hercules or Bauer any day of the week!
Better than the Kobalt?
What a bulky drill!! Lol
Not Ryobi but gotta ask. What ever happened to the Craftsman 19.2 brushless drill they had out for a minute years ago? You can find them on ebay here and there. It looked pretty cool.
Anyone had any comments on how well honor their warranty?? I know they were/are tti and under the same umbrella as rigid and I have heard some war stories about people trying to honor their lsa warranty.
This is not a bad drill but it is held back by overly aggressive protection it has. The only other prob i have is the three piece side handle is a pain to install
I’m I the only one that the bird in the background is driving nuts!!!
interesting that Ryobi redesigned the belt clip to a one screw design recently.
Iv never considerd ryobi tbh.
Y’all got any more of dat M12 Gen 2?
nice video looking forword to the giveaway tonight
It sounds loud like my Ridgid 18v brushless hammer drill
Yo boss quick question. I’ve got this drill and the impact but thinking about returning them for the m12 fuel Gen 2. Question being will the m 12s be sufficient for around the house stuff like framing, decking, and miscellaneous home stuff?
I like the protection but it can keep the drill from doing what it needs to do sometimes.
if black and Decker doesn’t do something quick with their porter cable line , ryobi will make them extinct! ryobi=the porter cable killer!
I like the ryobi brushless impact driver that I got free with the ryobi brushless hammer drill and the ryobi brushless impact driver has already broken to of my Milwaukee impact bits
