How are you liking the 20V Dewalt tools compared to the 18V stuff? I am still using the 18V tools and all of them still work great, but have been thinking about getting the adapters so I can run the 20V batteries, any experience with that, and do you think it would be a good upgrade since the 18V tools I have still work great and look almost new with the exception of my 1/4″ impact.
Was considering this saw due to the blade being on the lefthand side…..but the 6 1/2″ blade is the deal-breaker for me. I wanted to stay in the 7 1/4″ realm that my other saws use. Also realized the plastic guard. Dang…so close Dewalt. I’ll go with the brushless, 7 1/4″ blade, , aluminum guard, right hand sided blade model. Thanks for showing….very helpful.
Say what?
I’m not getting near the power out of my saw. As soon as it starts to rip the wood the blade simply slows to a halt. What am I missing?

Rip guides for circ saws are totally useless. Make yourself a shoot board. Second DO always Adjust your depth to just deep enough for the cut – it saves your battery and produces less tearout. Plus it’s safer.
Where can I get new brushes for the DCS 391 type 10
I have exactly same circular saw and it came with a rip guide.
You failed to show how to install the blade, so this video was not worth the time.
