Thanks Bob! I just bought one of these because of your review. I am still cutting up branches from hurricane Irma.

Buford McNairy says:

Thanks for the review and demo. I’m going to get myself one in the next day or two for small jobs around the yard. I like it for all the same reasons you mentioned. thanks again and take care.

WORX Tools says:

Thanks a lot Bob for the review! The chain brake is a feature on this unit. For further info please refer to http://www.worx.com

Nnedix says:

Our chain is really loose and always falls off. How can we fix that? We tried opening the compartment but man…I have had no luck honestly.

Grant Pell says:

Agree with the review. There is no chain brake on the 14″ saw. There is no mention of it in the manual, and clearly the chain keeps spinning after the throttle is released in the video. Examining the saw in the store, the hand guard is fixed in place. The 16″ and 18″ saws have the brake.

Ricardo Fearing says:

Thanks for this Bob! Trying it out tomorrow

Catherine Gsell says:

No idea how to assemble the chain! Been trying for 2 days. Will try all day tday and tmro. Will return it the following day if I fail.

JIM ECKENRODE says:

the handle is the chain brake. it must be pulled back to run and if bumped forward stops the chain instantly
