This is my review of the Harbor Freight Portland 3 in 1 Mulcher Vacuum Blower. I bought it to clear out the leaves at my house in Massachusetts. I forgot about the joys of having to clear leaves as my old house did not have to have leaves raked. Anyhoo…the mulcher vacuum was an excellent thing to have to get into the tight spaces in the mulch beds that I needed to get leaves out of. Also, the blower does what it is supposed to do and will be a welcome addition of tree leaf fighting as well. It was well worth the $40 I spent on it.
