Excellent review! Mine gets here on Monday and I can’t wait to use it! I have had the trimmer in the video for about a year and a half now and still love it. I got bare tool ($130) figuring that I could tackle trimming and blowing on one battery, and I’m confident that this is going to be the case. It’s been raining here in Austin, so the leaves will be caked to the ground a little. It’ll be a true test of this thing’s capabilities, although I won’t be too judgemental if it struggles with that. My gas blower makes me stink of gas and is deafeningly loud, granted that it works when I want to use it. I never thought I’d abandon my beloved 2-strokes until I tried this stuff out. Never going back; no regrets!

This video reviews and shows how to use the DEWALT DCBL720P1 20V Lithium Ion XR Brushless Blower with 5 Amp-hour battery and charger: Amazon.com:  http://amzn.to/1HABgU3 This blower also works with the new DEWALT DCB606-2 20/60V MAX FLEXVOLT 6.0 Ah Battery Dual Pack: Amazon.com: http://amzn.to/2cmjt8K

Rico says:

Hey Sparky another great video. Specially since I’m in the market for a new blower. How long does it take to charge one of these batteries? And can you trickle charge the battery? One more question does the trimmer and the blower each come with their own battery and charger?

Sparky great job on that review I got this as a present from wife and kids and I gotta say I really love it the runtime is great for this blower now I just have to save for the grass trimmer;) thanks you for the review!

Harry Henderson says:

I am so done with gas tools, I’m looking into a battery powered mower now,  press a button and it works, exactly,

ALLGamingTech&Platforms says:

large volume of air is better for precision and up and close push vs tiny ends they need maximum power and precision control making it harder this is innovative!

Stenchx says:

Nice but I will never switch from gas

Calioutdoors247 says:

excellent review!

Alden Buyer says:

If you could only buy one of these which would you buy? This will be a gift. Would you say either one is that much more impressive than its gasoline powered counterpart? Thanks for the in depth reviews btw.
